Here is a wonderful picture of me in my pj's and Cody with the positive results! We are so excited and can't wait for the little bundle of joy to come and be part of our lives so we can love it so much. I'm Four months today and tomorrow we are going to go in and find out if it is a boy or a girl. Cody wants a little girl so bad he is so funny he has named her Lulu! But of course we can't leave out the fact that it can be a boy to so Cody has been calling him Mookie. Aren't those great names! We are so excited to find out tomorrow what it is so we can start calling it only one name and so I can start buying stuff for it. So if you have a guess on what you think we might have let me know! We are so excited and we are due August 23ish.

Talking to Cody!

Cody has been India for the last week and while he has been gone we have been able to skype with one another which has been wonderful. But last night I saw that he was on skype so I called him. He answered and there was no picture of him just a picture of me so he could see what I was doing but I couldn't see him. He asked me what I was looking at because I wasn't looking at the screen because it was just a black screen, he just said he can't get his picture working, but all of a sudden a picture of a talking cat popped up on the screen I couldn't stop laughing as Cody would talk so would the cat it was so funny. I asked Cody why he had that up instead of him and he said it just came up and he couldn't get off. So I talked for a few minutes with the cat until Cody got it figured out to be a picture of him. I thought it was pretty funny so I took a picture of the cat before he fixed the screen!

What a cute cat!

Quick Trip to Oregon!

Last weekend Cody and I made the fastest trip to Oregon that I have ever done. We left Friday Morning at 6:30am and drove all day we only stopped once to fill up the car and go to the bathroom and for a quick stretch before we headed back on the road. We made great time we arrived in Portland at 5:00pm Oregon time it was great. I drove the whole way I was pretty impressed with myself! My sister Angie packed the car up with her kids and made the 4 1/2 hour drive to come see us and then my sister Serena came over and hung out the whole time we were home. We were only home for Friday night, Saturday, and then drove home on Sunday. We took this picture right before we headed back in the car to head back to Utah.

Here is my dad and me before leaving. It was a quick trip but I'm glad we did it and thanks to Cody for putting up with his crazy wife who wants to drive home and be in the car longer than we were actually there for. It may have been short but it was a lot of fun! Thanks mom and dad for letting us come home and Thanks Angie for bringing you and all your kids up to see us for a day it was fun! Our trip back on Sunday wasn't as quick as our trip on Friday but we left later in the day which meant we had to drive during the night. I drove until it got dark and then I switched Cody and as soon as I hit the passenger side I was out! So poor Cody had to drive all by him self and keep himself up the whole time. So we pulled over and took a long nap at a rest stop and then continued on Monday morning and finally made it home at 10:30 am. It was fun and once again thanks Cody for going with me and putting up with me!
Oh you are most likely thinking why we went to Oregon in the first place. Well you see my car needed to be registered and it has Oregon plates so we had to go to Oregon to do it, "your thinking why don't you just do it in Utah," "it would be a lot easier and cheaper". Well my friends I like my Oregon plates and as long as I have them it gives me hope that someday maybe we will be back in Oregon to live. A girl can have hope right!

A Little Over Due!

I know this is a little late but I wanted to write about our Valentines day! This year Cody was in charge of planning our date night, so first we gave each other our gifts, I gave Cody a few shirts (I know real romantic). And Cody surprised me with Flowers, A valentine balloon, Strawberries and Chocolate, sparkling cider, and a Carmel Apple! It all was so wonderful and yummy. And then we headed out on our date Cody wouldn't tell me where were going but he kept asking me where I would like to go, When we headed towards the freeway I knew where we were headed, one of my favorites Texas Rhode House for some good old steak! I was so excited I always love going there but it is so far away the closest one in Sandy which is about a 40 min. drive but it the other week is mom told us that they had put one in Lehi which is like a 15 to 20 min. drive. It was so good, after that we rented a movie and then headed home to watch it. It was a perfect night, with a perfect husband, perfect flowers, and perfect food! Thanks Cody for a wonderful Valentines Day!

A Girls Night Out and A Jazz Game!

A couple of nights ago me and a few of my girlfriends had the chance to go to a Jazz game thanks to Cody. Cody got four tickets from his work but the game landed on a night that Cody wasn't able to go because of school. So he gave me the tickets and I invited my old roommates, Megan, Jess, and Kristi.
We started the night off at the Olive Garden and it was so yummy I think we all ate to much but how can you stop when the food is so good.

We had great seats and it was so much fun the time went by so fast, and it was a good game the Jazz were playing the Lakers!

Kristi was so excited to go to the game that she made all of us t-shirts to wear. They were cute and we had a few people make some comments to us and we even got on the jumbotron, it was so funny because we were standing up and dancing trying to get noticed, when we did get noticed we were all so embarrassed we still danced but once we were done we all looked at each other and all of our faces were bright red it was a pretty funny sight. But at least we got on the jumbotron that was our goal!

Here is a shot of the guys in action!

Here we are after the game on the court with our Jazz shirts! It was a lot of fun and I'm glad we had the chance to go to the game together I feel like we don't hang out enough!

I went home to Oregon a few weeks ago and I just love these kids so much that I had to put some pictures up of them. Here they are all ready to go to church.

I love this picture of Karlee she wanted to be in every picture that I took and here she is so happy. Jaron was so funny I kept trying to take a picture of him and he just had to have his transformer in every picture it was cute!

I got a new hair cut last weekend, It has been along time since I have had short hair it is so wierd when I'm washing my hair it seems like there is nothing there but it is fun. And I know hair always grows back.

Merry Christmas!

Cody and I did Christmas morning two weekends ago since we were in Turkey during Christmas. Cody woke me up early in the morning to a warm Cinnamon roll. We ate and then we went out to the living room to open presents. We didn't get a tree this year since we were going to be gone for Christmas but we kind of made one, It was card boxes that we used at our wedding stacked on top of each other with a wreath on top of that, Cody had put a few of our tree ornament's on it to make it feel more like a tree. Here Cody and I are in our Christmas pajamas and sitting by our tree and the snow man that Cody laid by our tree.
Cody got a Snuggie for Christmas and he loves it!

Cody also got a little putting green so he can have something to do with his golf clubs in the house instead of swinging at nothing! It was a fun morning! Merry Late Christmas!
